Ok guys, here are the rules. It's pretty simple, you follow them or don't post. For starters:

Any content posted on this website is liable for immediate and unwarranted deletion. We, COD4FORUMS, reserve the right to remove you from our forums at any time, for any reason we deem legitimate.

We do not accept or tolerate rudeness as an acceptable level of behavior here. All members here are to be treated with respect and kindness. Any member caught being disruptive towards another member will have their account and IP banned.


ADVERTISING / ADVERTISEMENTS

* - NO ADVERTISING of Company, Business or Marketing is allowed anywhere on our forums EXCEPT in your personal signature (Full signature rules regarding advertising can be found here)
* - Advertisements are not allowed without at least 30 posts or more on our forums.
* - Teams, Clans and Tournaments or Ladders can advertise all they wish but only in the RELAVENT forums (namely "barracks" section) and in your personal signature.
* - No advertising in inapplicable forums or personal messages.
* - Do not post referral URLs anywhere. We aren't a forum here to help you make sales.
* - No posting (includes signatures) links to sites with a referral code (ex: mmorpg game site recruiting)
* - Do not advertise via PM'ing users of the forums unless they explicitly request it.



SIGNATURES

* - Signature rules have been extended to a further topic.



SPAM

* - Posting/Replying to topics with useless information, repetitive statements, and one word replies. This also can be making excessive useless topics/threads that have no relevance and don't contribute at all to the community. We don't want SPAM here, and I am sure you wouldn't like it either. Don't do it.



ADULT CONTENT

* - No sexual of any nature- content on the website.
* - Debating serious issues such as drug abuse may be done but ONLY in the relavent area of the forum.



WAREZ / PIRACY CONTENT

* - No discussing, linking, or suggesting anywhere, anytime.
* - No sharing or posting links or files pertaining to piracy of any kind.



PROFANITY / CUSSING / BAD WORDS

* - You have the luxery of being allowed to use the words you choose. DO NOT ABUSE THAT PRIVILAGE. I.e. Do not use excessive profanity, or not using it at all is fine as well. We only tolerate some words here.
* - Attempting to evade the bad word filter will result in a ban.



BOARD RELATED RULES

* - No hotlinking images from sites where permission has not been allowed.
* - No spamming the boards, custom request pages, or personal messages for any reason.
* - Do not announce your post count.
* - Do not put URLs in the topic title.
* - Do not link to sites that may cause harm to another users computer.
* - Do not post images wider than the forum width.
* - Do not flame or post flamebait (topics or posts that invoke flames).
* - Do not post consecutively in the same thread (if there is a hiccup that makes you do it on accident, edit the last post for deletion).
* - No substance-less (i.e. one-word) posts. This again is considered SPAM.
* - No negative or disparaging remarks against another members culture, religion, or lifestyle.
* - No sharing or posting pornographic images, videos, or links (including in member signatures) on our main boards.
